wouldn't it be possible to have a forum only for the raleurs because they polish us the site with their geremiades I'm happy with the site if I have problems writing to customer service they are solved then why pages and pages of denigration would never make me to the forum
There are grumblers, like everywhere else! Sometimes we complain for nothing. We'll deal with it. Afterwards, the purpose of a forum is to debate, to say what you think politely, what is good or what is less good... answer the famous grumblers or those with small problems. If everything was perfect, what would you find on a forum?
On the other hand, I agree with you that there is a customer service and he answers very quickly. It's rare!
